Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated physical therapist to evaluate and treat adults with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions. The physical therapist will provide evidence-based care to reduce pain, restore mobility, improve function, and help patients return safely to daily activities, work, and recreation.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and functional goals.
- Provide therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular reeducation, manual therapy, functional training, gait training, and patient education as clinically appropriate.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans when indicated.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Communicate with physicians, insurance representatives, and other healthcare professionals when necessary.
- Follow applicable professional, legal, ethical, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
- Current California physical therapist license or eligibility for California licensure.
- Knowledge of orthopedic and musculoskeletal rehabilitation.
- Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and documentation skills.
- Commitment to ethical, respectful, and patient-centered care.
- Outpatient orthopedic experience is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients in person and by telephone.
- Schedule, confirm, cancel, and reschedule appointments.

- Distribute and process patient intake forms and related documentation.
- Maintain accurate demographic and insurance information.
